Reglas para usar Controla.

Estos Términos del Servicio ("Términos") regulan el uso de Controla, una aplicación móvil y sitio web que lee tus correos de recibos en Gmail y los convierte en una vista organizada de tus gastos ("el Servicio"). Al crear una cuenta o usar el Servicio aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el Servicio.

1. Quiénes somos

El Servicio es operado por el equipo detrás de usecontrola.com. Contacto: legal@usecontrola.com.

2. Descripción del Servicio

Controla lee, con tu permiso explícito y solo lectura, los correos de Gmail que coinciden con patrones de recibos de comercios reconocidos, extrae monto, fecha, comercio y categoría, y te muestra tus gastos en una vista unificada. El Servicio no se conecta a tu banco y no inicia movimientos financieros.

3. Beta y disponibilidad

El Servicio puede estar en fase beta. Esto significa que algunas funciones pueden ser limitadas, cambiar sin aviso o presentar errores. Podemos modificar, suspender o discontinuar cualquier parte del Servicio en cualquier momento. Durante la beta el Servicio es gratuito; en el futuro podrá tener un plan pago con condiciones que comunicaremos antes de que apliquen.

4. Tu cuenta

Para usar Controla necesitas una cuenta de Google válida y aceptar los permisos que solicitamos.
Debes tener al menos 16 años de edad.
Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta y de las acciones realizadas desde ella.
Una persona = una cuenta. No puedes vender ni transferir tu cuenta.

5. Permisos de Gmail

Al conectar tu cuenta de Google nos otorgas permiso de solo lectura sobre tu Gmail con el único fin de identificar y procesar recibos. Puedes revocar este permiso en cualquier momento desde myaccount.google.com/permissions. Al revocarlo, Controla dejará de leer correos nuevos, aunque los datos ya extraídos se mantendrán hasta que solicites su eliminación.

El tratamiento de tus datos se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad y por la Política de Datos de Usuario de los servicios de Google API, incluidos los requisitos de Uso Limitado.

6. Uso aceptable

Aceptas no usar el Servicio para:

Violar leyes aplicables, derechos de terceros u órdenes judiciales.
Acceder sin autorización a sistemas, datos o cuentas de otros usuarios.
Aplicar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o intentar extraer el código fuente.
Interferir, sobrecargar o atacar el Servicio (incluyendo scraping automatizado fuera de límites razonables).
Usar el Servicio para hacerse pasar por otra persona o entidad.

Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos Términos.

7. Propiedad intelectual

El Servicio, su marca, diseño, código, contenido y modelos son propiedad de Controla y están protegidos por leyes de propiedad intelectual. Te otorgamos una licencia personal, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar el Servicio conforme a estos Términos.

Tus datos siguen siendo tuyos. Nos otorgas una licencia limitada para procesarlos con el único fin de proporcionar y mejorar el Servicio, tal como se describe en la Política de Privacidad.

8. Disponibilidad y garantías

El Servicio se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". No garantizamos que esté libre de errores, sea ininterrumpido, ni que cumpla expectativas específicas. Los recibos detectados, categorías sugeridas y métricas mostradas pueden contener inexactitudes; no constituyen asesoramiento financiero, contable, fiscal ni legal. Las decisiones que tomes basándote en la información del Servicio son tu responsabilidad.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Controla no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, ni por pérdida de beneficios, datos, fondo de comercio u otras pérdidas intangibles. Nuestra responsabilidad total acumulada frente a ti por cualquier reclamación derivada del Servicio no excederá el importe que hayas pagado a Controla en los 12 meses previos (o cero, durante la beta gratuita).

10. Indemnización

Aceptas indemnizar y mantener indemne a Controla frente a cualquier reclamación de terceros derivada de tu uso del Servicio en violación de estos Términos o de la ley aplicable.

11. Cancelación

Puedes cerrar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la app o escribiéndonos. Al hacerlo, eliminaremos tus datos según la política de retención descrita en la Política de Privacidad. Podemos suspender o cerrar tu acceso si incumples estos Términos o si la operación del Servicio así lo requiere.

12. Modificaciones

Podemos modificar estos Términos. Si los cambios son materiales, te avisaremos por email o mediante un aviso visible en la app con al menos 15 días de antelación. El uso continuado del Servicio tras la entrada en vigor implica tu aceptación.

13. Ley aplicable y resolución de disputas

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del país en el que opera Controla, sin perjuicio de tus derechos como consumidor en tu jurisdicción. Cualquier disputa se intentará resolver primero de buena fe; si no es posible, se someterá a los tribunales competentes del domicilio del consumidor cuando proceda.

14. Disposiciones generales

Si alguna cláusula resulta inválida, el resto seguirá en vigor. Nuestra falta de exigencia de un derecho no implica renuncia al mismo. Estos Términos, junto con la Política de Privacidad, constituyen el acuerdo completo entre tú y Controla respecto al Servicio.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Controla, a mobile application and website that reads your Gmail receipt emails and turns them into an organized view of your spending ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by the team behind usecontrola.com. Contact: legal@usecontrola.com.

2. Description of the Service

Controla reads, with your explicit and read-only permission, the Gmail emails that match receipt patterns from recognized merchants, extracts amount, date, merchant, and category, and shows your spending in a unified view. The Service does not connect to your bank and does not initiate financial transactions.

3. Beta and availability

The Service may be in beta. This means some features may be limited, change without notice, or contain errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. During beta the Service is free; in the future there may be a paid plan with conditions we will communicate before they apply.

4. Your account

To use Controla you need a valid Google account and to accept the permissions we request.
You must be at least 16 years old.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for actions taken from it.
One person = one account. You may not sell or transfer your account.

5. Gmail permissions

By connecting your Google account you grant us read-only permission over your Gmail for the sole purpose of identifying and processing receipts. You can revoke this permission at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once revoked, Controla will stop reading new emails, though previously extracted data will remain until you request its deletion.

The handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or court orders.
Access without authorization other users' systems, data, or accounts.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
Interfere with, overload, or attack the Service (including automated scraping beyond reasonable limits).
Use the Service to impersonate another person or entity.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its brand, design, code, content, and models are owned by Controla and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet specific expectations. Detected receipts, suggested categories, and displayed metrics may contain inaccuracies; they do not constitute financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on information in the Service are your responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Controla shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Controla in the prior 12 months (or zero, during the free beta).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Controla against any third-party claim arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the app or by writing to us. When you do, we will delete your data according to the retention policy described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close your access if you violate these Terms or if Service operations require it.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or via a visible notice in the app at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date implies your acceptance.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Controla operates, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved in good faith; if not possible, it will be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer's domicile where applicable.

14. General provisions

If any clause is found invalid, the rest will remain in force. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Controla regarding the Service.
